This role is also responsible for leading the introduction of new and innovative technologies to help Carrier Corporation increase employee productivity and engagement.Job ResponsibilitiesEndpoint ManagementDevice Lifecycle ManagementMobile Device Management (MDM)Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)Review and approve Endpoint related change management and other requestsReview and approve permissions and accesses to Endpoint related environmentsReview and approve documentation and communicationsInterface with other teams for joint effortsProvide administrative management of outsourced team membersProvide overall team leadershipProvide consultancy and be technically proficient as an escalation point for issuesMentor, support, and develop other members of the departmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree5+ years of experience with endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM)5+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and OS administration (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)5+ years of experience with Endpoint security fundamentals (encryption, EDR, antivirus)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related business disciplineIndustry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITILAdvanced experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, or JAMFStrong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoint ecosystemsFamiliarity with Zero Trust security models and endpoint detection & response (EDR) toolsProficiency in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)Proven track record of leading endpoint management teams or projectsExperience in policy design, compliance enforcement, and audit preparationAbility to manage vendor relationships and evaluate new endpoint technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to balance security requirements with user experienceExperience in large-scale enterprise environments with thousands of endpointsBackground in hybrid work enablement and secure remote access solutionsPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
