This role includes guiding students through school selection and application strategy, editing essays and secondary applications, coordinating letters of recommendation, and helping students choose a specialization that aligns with their interests and career goals. Coaches also support students with resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on experiential learning, licensing, and PCAT exam preparation, as well as navigating financial aid and scholarships to fund their education. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with the pharmacy school admissions process, prior advising or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application.
