OverviewResponsible for drafting, creating, and issuing project specific subcontracts upon receipt of approved requisitions, communicating with subcontractors on the development of contract documents, including terms and conditions and technical exhibits, coordinating with Commercial Services leadership, Legal, and Operations if negotiations are needed related to contracts. This position will also follow and maintain processes and systems utilized by the company to perform subcontract administrative tasks and functions, work collaboratively across the organization and actively support the company’s values and beliefs.Location & Travel Details: This role can be remote or located in one of our corporate offices: Fargo-ND, Indianapolis-IN or Phoenix, AZ. This position will have up to 10% travel to regional office or site locations. If located near a corporate office the role will be required to work in the office.
