Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule as part of a globally distributed team.Position SummaryThe TechnicalProjectManager works as a member of the Product Development Project Management Office (PMO) within Epiq’s Legal Solutions business unit. In this role, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cloud-native software projects that support both internal users and external SaaS clients across Epiq’s Legal Solutions Technology and Epiq Service Cloud platforms. The Technical Project Manager partners closely with engineering, product management, QA, and business stakeholders to drive project success from initiation through deployment:The Technical Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring that project scope, schedule, and budget are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.The Technical Project Manager applies proven project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to guide development teams building and enhancing in-house cloud-native applications, including Epiq Discovery and the Epiq AI Discovery Assistant, for both internal operations and external SaaS clients.The Technical Project Manager is a highly collaborative and visible role, working alongside product owners, software engineers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of Epiq’s legal technology clients.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for cloud-native software development initiatives within the Product Development PMO, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budgetDefine andmaintainproject plans, milestones, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports; proactivelyidentifyand resolve blockers to keep projects on trackFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; coach teams on Agile best practices to improve velocity and delivery qualityServe as a primary liaison between product owners, engineering teams, QA, and business stakeholders; translate technical requirements into clear project deliverables and communicate status and risks to leadershipManage project intake, prioritization, and portfolio visibility within the PMO; support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency across the product development organizationPartner with product management tomaintainand refine the product backlog, support release planning, and ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and engineering capacityRequirements for the role include:To perform thisjob successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
