This role has support with loans and distributions processing, plan documents, and new plan onboarding. We are committed to supporting a flexible work environment and welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage and administer a caseload of retirement plansPerform compliance testing (ADP/ACP, coverage, nondiscrimination, etc.)Deliver strategic recommendations on plan design and compliance Prepare annual valuationsComplete and file Form 5500sCalculate employer contributionsPerform cross-testing and allocation calculationsReview participant distributions and loansMaintain up-to-date knowledge of ERISA rules and regulationsReview plan documents and ensure operational complianceCommunicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal team membersOther duties as assignedQualifications:Experience administering defined contribution retirement plansExperience as a Combo Cash Balance / Defined Contribution (CB/DC) Administrator is a plus, but not requiredStrong understanding of ERISA rules and retirement plan complianceProficiency in any administration software such as: ASC, Datair, Relius, FTWilliam Pay Transparency Statement:The anticipated pay range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually.At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
