Remote: Bidfast Specialist/Customer Service

This position is remote, with no requirement as to where candidates live in the United States with a PST work schedule. The Bidfast Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA. The primary emphasis is on the provision of competitive bids on salvage which also maximize IAA’s chances of selling the vehicle at auction for a profit. The Bidfast Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA and verifying correct title documents for sale. Functions as a mentor to newer CSR’s and able to assist and resolve escalated customer service situations. Will perform management duties when the Supervisor or Manager is not available.
