This role lasts initially until the end of March 2027 with expected extension, where only a freelance cooperation is available as form of cooperation. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, narrative, and integrated adoption plan.
Define change outcomes and tailored Know/Feel/Do objectives for different audiences.
Develop and maintain stakeholder registers and engagement plans.
Coordinate with communications teams and deliver monthly communications packages.
Support and coordinate AI Fluency Council and ELB governance forums, including agendas, decision logs, and action tracking.
Develop rollout and adoption plans for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Manager learning pathways.
Support communications and engagement throughout learning programme delivery.
Lead the planning and delivery of the October AI event, including stakeholder coordination, communications, registration, and post-event reporting.
Develop and manage the AI Champions Community, including engagement strategy, roadmap, and success measures.
Track adoption, participation, stakeholder feedback, and engagement insights.
Maintain the programme risk and issue log, including mitigation actions, dependencies, and escalations.
Provide regular progress, status, risk, and adoption reporting to programme stakeholders.
Work closely with Learning, DDIT, Future Ready Talent, Communications, Mission Control, country teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
Strong experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Adoption.
Experience leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
Experience developing and executing change and adoption strategies.
Strong communications experience, including developing key messages, FAQs, and engagement materials.
Experience supporting learning and adoption programmes.
Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
