This role involves managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and collaborating with internal recruitment teams to meet service expectations. The ideal candidate has experience in client-facing roles within staffing, recruitment, HR, or related industries, and is comfortable working independently in a remote setup.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, addressing concerns, updates, and service requirements.
Gather and understand client hiring needs and ensure timely relay of information to recruiters and internal teams.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to track progress on job orders and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, job orders, and updates.
Assist in resolving issues related to candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring activities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business retention and growth.
Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and performance summaries as needed.
Support process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
At least 2–4 years of experience in client management, account management, staffing, recruitment, or related functions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in remote work tools (e.g., email, CRM, project management platforms).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Based in the Philippines and must be willing to work within AU time zones.
Preferred:
Experience working in a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
Background in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
