Head of Delivery

Hedgehog LabLeeds, United Kingdom

hybrid operations flexible_hours lead permanent Agile Commercial Awareness Leadership Project Management Risk Management Team Building

Most Heads of Delivery end up as the busiest delivery manager on the team, with no time left to lead.

Here, client work is kept to around two days a week. The rest of your week goes on growing your team and improving how we deliver.

You'll lead four Senior Delivery Managers, including one we're hiring now, and you'll grow the team from there.
