In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination throughout the pre-litigation process, ensuring that client matters move forward efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. You will work closely with legal professionals, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather critical information, manage documentation, and track important deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without constant supervision, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable professional who is passionate about client service and enjoys taking ownership of their work.• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USDResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure all documentation is updated and properly filedTrack case progress and follow up on outstanding itemsMaintain accurate and organized case filesGather medical records and supporting documentationManage Personal Injury cases during the pre-litigation phaseCoordinate with clients, medical providers, and other involved partiesUpload and maintain medical information within the firm's systemsMonitor, organize, and calendar important deadlinesPrepare and send letters of representationConduct client intake and collect necessary case informationCommunicate with insurance companies regarding active claims and case updatesPrioritize multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain consistent communication regarding case status and developmentsSupport attorneys with case related administrative tasksRequirements: • 1-2 years of experience working as a legal case manager• Personal Injury experience is a must• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required• Excellent verbal communication• Strong organizational skills• Reliable and dependable work ethic• Ability to multitask effectively• Self-driven and proactive approach• Attention to detail• Time management skills• Ability to work independently• Professional client service skills• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)• Working Hours: Monday to Friday• Expected call volume: Low (0-5 calls per day / almost 90% is email)• Software and Tools Required:- CRM: SmokeBall- VOIP: RingCentral- Email/Calendar: Outlook Work Shift:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)Languages:English, SpanishReady to dive in?
