In this role, you’ll shape the way our podcast and video content comes to life—handling everything from post-production to platform-specific optimization.This is a high-ownership role for someone who’s fluent in YouTube storytelling, skilled in short-form editing, and passionate about content that educates, engages, and converts.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form podcast episodes into engaging audio and video formatsProduce short-form clips that capture key moments and drive distribution on TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube ShortsEnhance content with color correction, motion graphics, audio leveling, and creative cutsMaintain file structures, asset libraries, and delivery timelines across a growing volume of contentCollaborate with the creative team to shape show flow, visuals, and pacingMonitor metrics like watch time, CTR, and audience retention to iterate on formatAct as a quality gatekeeper for everything we publish—visually and sonicallySupport marketing efforts with video assets tailored to campaign goalsOptimize workflows and templates to increase editing efficiencyQualificationsVideo/audio editing experience in a content-driven environmentProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and similar toolsDemonstrated experience producing content that performs across social and thought leadership channelsSolid grasp of content strategy, storytelling, and brand voiceStrong time management and communication in a remote team settingAnalytical mindset—comfortable using data to guide creative evolutionPreferredExperience in B2B media or SaaS industriesWorking knowledge of SEO and tagging best practices for YouTube and podcastsExperience mentoring or reviewing the work of other editorsSystems thinker who thrives on operational improvementPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
