Strategy & Architecture:Define key product quality metrics and build a strategic multi-quarter QA roadmapExecute the defined QA roadmap and hold the team accountable to itExpand test coverage systematically: prioritise by risk and customer impact, not by noiseOwn the test system infrastructure and the resource strategyDrive adoption of AI tooling across the QA function — from test generation to failure triage2.
