This role will report directly to the Global Director of Crypto Operations.Things You Get To Do:
Primary responsibility for the daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activityPrimary responsibility for daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions;
Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions (errors, corrections, etc.)Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approvalReview of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies
Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations that result from suspected suspicious activity Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools Clearly communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, tactical, and insightful mannerAd hoc duties and projects as assigned Global remote location, core time around 9am to 5pm PT (working hours: 8 hours per day, holidays follow the US market holidays)
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
