We are looking for an Area Manager UK to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships and represent one of the most distinctive eyewear brands in the industry.

What you'll do

• Grow sales and market share across the UK.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand our customer network.

• Build strong partnerships with independent opticians and key accounts.

• Drive sell-out performance through commercial initiatives and brand activations.

• Present collections, campaigns and product launches.

• Act as a true ambassador of Etnia Barcelona, bringing our culture, creativity and values to every customer interaction.

• Share market insights and identify growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of sales experience in eyewear, optics, fashion, premium consumer goods or luxury brands.

• Strong commercial mindset and proven track record in business development.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-driven.

• Passion for design, fashion, culture and premium brands.

• Native English speaker.
