Job Title: Energy Efficiency Customer Care AgentJob Description:Our client, a leader in utility energy efficiency programs, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support commercial and residential energy programs while providing excellent service to program participants. There are three (3) shifts for this position: 8:30am EST to 5:30pm EST 9:00am EST to 6:00pm EST10:00am EST to 7:00pm ESTKey Responsibilities:Process energy incentive applications, reviewing for eligibility.Provide inbound and outbound support to applicants and program participants via phone and online chatPerform back-office processing in support of utility clients and their customersAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and quality standardsMaintain confidentiality of client and customer informationPerform data-intensive tasks accurately while meeting deadlinesAdapt quickly to process changes and contribute to team problem-solving effortsQualifications & Skills Required:Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong data entry skills and attention to detail; ability to type 45–50 WPMExcellent analytical, writing, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, and vendorsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations and recommend solutionsFlexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for helping program participantsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHigh school diploma or GEDExcel and database navigation skills are requiredPreferred Experience:Experience in application processing, customer service, and a fast-paced environmentAdNet is built on the foundation of unconditional Acceptance and Belonging in our practices, processes, and relationships.Salary: $16.00 – $16.50 / hourOriginally posted on Himalayas
