Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to own the end-to-end process of pulling data from our internal repositories and turning it into clear, actionable dashboards and reports. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical instincts and advanced Excel skills rather than a deep IT background. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate raw data into intuitive, easy-to-navigate tools they can use on a regular basis.Key Responsibilities:Pull, extract, and organize data from the company's central data repository/database on a recurring basisValidate data for accuracy and flag/resolve discrepancies before publishingIdentify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to support business decision-makingAssist in defining and documenting system requirements for current and future inspection, audit, and engineering programsRecommend programs to support data analysis and automation for scalability to new programs and commodities Create tools for new programs to track performance of auditors, assessors, inspectors, etc… as neededPull, extract, and organize data from the company's central data repository/database on a recurring basisPartner on data infrastructure, visualization, and analytics roadmap initiativesPerform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to generate actionable metrics and be able to communicate this to internal stakeholders.Automate internal and external reporting while ensuring data quality and timelinessImprove report performance and streamline data visualization using advanced modeling techniquesMaintain data accuracy, governance, and documentation; support validation processesRequired Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.Expert with data analysis and displayWillingness to learn and integrate AI into current technology.2+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI developmentExpert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to work effectively within a quality management system.Must be able to read and write in EnglishOpen to travel up to 20% of the timeExperience with TableuSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
