Collectors collect payments or communicate/resolve issues with debtors. The collector will collaborate with clients, sales, and peers on delinquent accounts. The primary role is to contact debtors by phone, mail, or email. Upon contact, collectors will examine the debtor’s financial situation, review documents/contracts, review/resolve disputes while working on establishing a resolution. They must adhere to all compliance requirements to resolve all cases until closure or escalation. *This position is a Remote/Telecommute position*Hiring across all ProvincesJob Responsibilities: 
Minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement
Create a sense of urgency for non-paying debtors
Work closely with the Client Support Representative to resolve disputes
Maintain a positive attitude
Remain respectful to debtors & peers
Strong work ethics and integrity
Prioritize time management
Remain professional at all times
Meet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quotas
Job Requirements: 
Collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry and strong computer skills, Excel preferred
Critical Thinker
Basic Math and Writing skills
Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
Ability to de-escalate adverse situations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:
$17.93 CAD per hour PLUS commission and bonuses
