We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team and become the strategic partner for our top customers, owning their production journey from prototype to scale. You’ll translate complex technical requirements into production reality, navigate supply chain challenges, and ensure our customers’ most critical projects succeed. If you love manufacturing, solving hard problems, and making a real impact on hardware companies - this is the place for you.
About Jiga
Jiga is building the future of custom manufacturing. We’re a fast growing startup creating unprecedented transparency in mechanical parts production. We enable direct communication between buyers and manufacturers, fundamentally changing how companies scale their hardware. Hardware teams at leading companies like NASA and Siemens use our platform to get high-quality custom parts, faster. We’re changing the game in manufacturing by empowering engineers with better tools and direct access to vetted suppliers, while delivering radical transparency and incredible service.
What you’ll do
Own customer production outcomes - Be the single point of accountability for our top accounts’ manufacturing success
Manage complex production projects - Navigate DFM issues, supplier selection, quality requirements, and scale-up challenges across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and other processes
Scale products to production - Guide customers through the transition from prototyping to volume manufacturing, anticipating roadblocks before they hit
Strategic supply chain navigation - Leverage your manufacturing expertise to solve problems our customers don’t yet see coming
Bridge technical and business requirements - Translate between engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines
You’re a fit if you
Have 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting, etc.)
Have direct experience managing production projects through their full lifecycle
Have a track record of interfacing with demanding customers on complex technical projects
Have deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing processes
Are service-oriented with a genuine care for customer outcomes
Have startup experience and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Are customer-obsessed but technically sharp - you can talk GD&T with an engineer, then pivot to discussing business constraints with a COO
See three steps ahead on production challenges and move fast
Own outcomes completely and find energy in solving hard problems for customers building physical products
Bonus: Mechanical engineering degree, experience scaling products from prototype to high-volume production, understanding of supply chain dynamics and supplier management, or US-based manufacturing experience
Why join us
Transparency revolution - We’re changing a massive industry stuck in opaque, frustrating processes
Customer impact - Your work directly determines whether hardware companies succeed or fail
Ownership - Real responsibility, real impact on revenue and customer success
Growth trajectory - Series A company building toward multi-billion dollar outcomes
Career-defining opportunity - Competitive salary + equity as we build something massive
