Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance campaigns across Meta (and occasionally other platforms such as AppLovin or Google) for our brands Skull Bliss and Noro Arts
Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to generate data-driven creative insights
Write clear, actionable creative briefs for our content team and collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and videographers
Develop storylines, hooks, and visual directions for new ads (both video and image formats)
Identify creative test hypotheses and translate key metrics (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, etc.) into actionable improvements
Continuously optimize existing creatives based on performance data
Research social media and advertising trends to refine and evolve our brands’ creative direction

Requirements

Experience in Creative Strategy, ideally in a performance-driven environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to creative decisions
Proven experience in writing creative briefs and collaborating with performance and design teams
A conceptual thinker with a strong sense for storytelling, visuals, and hooks that resonate on Facebook and Instagram
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
