Author original, free-response engineering problems grounded in real industry scenarios.
Write complete expert-level solutions for each problem.
Validate problem difficulty by testing against three frontier language models until at least one fails.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and model performance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
QualificationsMust-Have
PhD in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in analog, digital, power, or RF circuit design.
Experience shipping or taping out real designs, not only simulated/verified.
