ResponsibilitiesAs a pharmacist (non prescribing) working for GPDQ, you will have access to a multi-tude of workstreams enabling you to develop a portfolio career. Within this role, you will be working for a weight loss service, reviewing15 patients per hour.
Preparing detailed cases for GP review
Match questionnaires against exclusion/criteria to provide enhanced advice for specific patient groups
Review 15 questionnaires/bloodtests per hour

Keep up to date with NICE guidelines on weight management and obesity treatment.
Maintain accurate patient records in line with data protection (GDPR)
Strong knowledge of weight management, nutrition, and obesity guidelines.
Understanding of available weight loss treatments, including their indications and contraindications.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and refer patients appropriately
Essential requirements
Registered with the GPHC
Passionate about our vision and incredible mission to combat health inequalities
Must have a Right to Work in the UK
Previous experience of GLP1 medication – for weight loss (ideal)
Must be IT literate
Up to date with mandatory training
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week on a regular basis
