Create and evaluate high-quality sales operations scenarios. Leverage experience in capacity planning, performance management, and enablement.
Convert sales-performance data into practical manager actions. Produce workflows, templates, and training for frontline teams.
Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
Collaborate on a UK business-hours rhythm with live team sessions and occasional evening messages.
Engage in a full-time project with flexible hours and independent work.
QualificationsMust-Have
5+ years in sales operations, revenue enablement, territory or capacity planning, or commercial program management.
Experience with capacity plans, performance scorecards, and enablement programs.
Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work there.
Preferred
Experience in B2B media sales, advertising or ad-tech, SaaS businesses, agencies, or publisher revenue teams.
Skills in demand-based staffing, performance management, and commercial process design.
Interview Process
