Simulate the pharmacology layer of each data room, including PK and PD datasets, dosing regimens, and bioanalytical reports. Ensure dose rationale and concentration data are clinically plausible.
Author dose selection rationale, drug concentration and response sections, and interaction content. Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics for AI agent evaluation.
Evaluate exposure-response relationships to reconcile against efficacy and safety outputs.
Collaborate with teams to ensure pharmacology data withstands expert scrutiny.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
QualificationsMust-Have
Location: US or Canada.
5+ years of experience required; 10–25 years preferred.
PharmD, PhD in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related field, MD, or equivalent.
20–25 hours/week availability, minimum; 30+ preferred.
Experience supporting pre-market (Phases 1-3) programs as a clinical pharmacologist. Hands-on PK/PD work, dose selection, and exposure-response analysis required.
