Tasks
Generating and adapting creative ideas for advertising materials
Bringing hypotheses and creative ideas to life using all available tools — from classic to AI
Analyzing the effectiveness of launched creatives and formulating suggestions for improving new iterations
Optimizing processes to propose effective solutions for speed and quality
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in video production
Creative thinking and script-writing skills for videos
Proficiency in After Effects and at least one 3D tool (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
An understanding and good command of composition, pacing/visual rhythm, and the principles of animation
Proficiency in AI tools for accelerating workflow and working with video generation
An interest in the gaming industry and mobile game marketing
Preferred
Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.)
Relevant education (directing, animation, art/fine arts)
Experience in gamedev — if you’ve already encountered the production of game creatives or worked on game projects
