Refunds Policy

1. Sponsored Listings
remoty.work offers sponsored/boosted job listing placements ("Sponsored Listings") for companies hiring remote workers. Payments are processed through Paddle.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Before Listing Goes Live
Full refund if you cancel before your sponsored listing is published on the Site.
2.2 After Listing Goes Live
- Within 48 hours of publication: Eligible for a 50% prorated refund if the listing is removed
- After 48 hours: No refunds, as the listing has already been shown to our audience, distributed via Telegram, and included in newsletter sends
2.3 Listing Errors
If remoty.work makes a material error in your sponsored listing (wrong company name, broken link, incorrect role), we will correct it immediately. If the error is not correctable within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Company name
- Sponsored listing URL
- Reason for refund request
- Paddle transaction/receipt ID
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring sponsorship at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods already served.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first at [email protected] — we want to resolve it directly before a chargeback is initiated.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refunds Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
