remoty.work is a remote job board that aggregates, scores, and displays remote job listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Job listings are sourced from third-party APIs and public job boards.
3. No Warranty on Listings
All job listings are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. A high A–F score or the absence of a ghost-job flag does not guarantee that a listing is legitimate, current, or will result in employment. Users should verify listings independently before applying or sharing personal information.
4. Intellectual Property
The remoty.work name, logo, scoring system, and original content are the property of remoty.work. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers and platforms from which it is sourced.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without permission
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
6. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (employer career pages, job application forms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
7. Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive weekly emails via Substack. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, remoty.work and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Site operator.
