About the Role

We're a Y Combinator–backed marketing AI startup automating a massive and underserved market — beginning with SEO and AI search optimization. Our platform helps fast-growing B2B startups cut through noise and drive measurable, compounding organic growth using autonomous agents for strategy, content, backlinks, and ads.

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary bridge between our clients and our product — helping Series A–C startups get maximum value from our platform and achieve tangible growth outcomes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a small, fast-moving team in SoHo, NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, driving platform adoption and measurable growth outcomes.

  • Onboard new customers and coach them on best practices to optimize their marketing ROI.

  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering to deliver solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues and ensure clients realize value quickly.

  • Monitor key success metrics across your book of accounts and provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve results.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Experience working at a fast-growth startup with a track record of delivering measurable wins for customers.

  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.

  • Proven ability to onboard and coach customers toward platform adoption and ROI optimization.

  • Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and coordinate effectively with engineering and product teams.

  • Experience tracking success metrics and providing data-driven strategic recommendations.

  • Impeccable communication and writing skills — clear, persuasive, and precise in every client interaction.

  • High IQ and high EQ; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment without hand-holding.

  • Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent problem-solving capability — you enjoy rolling up your sleeves on tough technical challenges.

Nice to Have:

  • Industry experience in marketing services, SEO, or AI-driven search (AEO).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $122,000 per year

  • Competitive early-stage startup equity and benefits package

Location

  • On-site required — SoHo, New York City, NY

  • No remote or hybrid option for this role

  • US work authorization required — visa sponsorship is not available
