As a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, you will utilize your ServiceNow expertise and experience to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will drive a collaborative team leading, mentoring and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects. The ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant is an experienced subject matter expert and focuses on development and delivery of value added integration and consultative services in the area of Enterprise solutions, designing, deploying and integrating various product sets.ResponsibilitiesLead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platformLead complex programs of multiple resourcesLead the architecture and design of complex solutionsLead the creation of written deliverablesLead client demos and working sessionsLead integration design sessionsLead client workshops as process and technical expertEscalation point for project teamWork to influence team members, broader internal team, and external customers, likely including senior management, to agree and accept new concepts, practices, and approachesObtain and maintain certifications with associated qualificationsMaintain expert level certificationsIdentify and communicate opportunitiesParticipate in pre-sales cycle as technical expertProvide thought leadership to Ahead and our customersCommunicate with external customers, which may include top management, on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advisingGenerate differentiated marketing thought leadership for marketingCraft innovative and high impact solutions for complex client programs, relying on large teams to implementContribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologiesDrive consensus with customer in solving complex solutionsQualificationsSubject matter expert on the ServiceNow platformExpert knowledge on at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform (ITOM)Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platformRecognized expertise in own area within the organizationDemonstrate deep expertise across multiple technologiesAble to articulate trade-offs between architecture approachesStrong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party toolsStrong presentation skillsStrong project and situational awarenessStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-starterExpectationsA lead contributor to their team and the organization as a wholeBring thought leadership to our organization and our customersContribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
