Mid Senior Level .NET Lead

This is a remote position.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Mid Level - .NET Lead to join our technology team and lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for designing robust application architectures, driving best practices in software development, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the successful implementation of modern development standards.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Azure. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud-native application development is essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, manage technical challenges, and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with a solid understanding of software design principles and secure coding practices, will be considered an added advantage.Requirements
