As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, working remotely at 40 hours per week under a permanent employment contract, you will manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations to support our ongoing mission and programs.

Your Daily Operations

• Process incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records for organizational accounts.

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and partners.

• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting functions.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with financial software and spreadsheet applications.

• Clear communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners regarding accounts.

Compensation and Time

The hourly rate for this role is CAD 23–30 per hour, paired with 24 vacation days per year.

Your First Months at i.c.stars

You will have taken over the accounts receivable workflow, reconciled initial billing cycles, and established routines for tracking incoming payments. Someone who matches most of these requirements should still apply and help us sustain the financial operations behind our programs.
