Zur Unterstützung unserer laufenden Buchhaltung suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige Person auf Minijob-Basis (remote).
Aufgaben
-Unterstützung bei der Buchhaltung mit Lexware
-Buchen und Verwalten von Belegen
-Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für den Steuerberater
-Allgemeine Zuarbeit im Bereich Rechnungswesen
-Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
-Einkommensteuererklärung
-Lohnabrechnungen per Lexware
-Rechnungen erstellen
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung / Rechnungswesen
- Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und idealerweise Lexware
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
