Join the Alliance: Your Expertise, Our Global Impact

Sport Alliance builds technology powering fitness and wellness businesses worldwide — from management platforms and payment solutions to member-facing applications.

We value ownership, collaboration, and people who challenge how things can work better. Our teams are encouraged to share ideas, shape decisions, and contribute across functions.

As we continue to evolve globally, we foster a culture where initiative is valued and expertise is respected.

As our ERP Finance Systems Specialist (NetSuite) (m/f/d), you build the first dedicated NetSuite capability in our Finance team and shape how 15 subsidiaries work with it.

Your position in our team

• Take our Oracle NetSuite setup to best practice across 15 subsidiaries: find the biggest pain points, set priorities and put the improvements into practice.

• Build and extend automations in NetSuite: workflows, scripts, custom forms, roles, saved searches and reports. We are an AI-first company, so you work with LLMs such as Anthropic Claude or Gemini to build, query and document your configuration.

• Act as in-house consultant and implementer for Finance: guide our accountants hands-on, run process workshops and deliver in focused sprints.

• Safeguard the quality of month-end and year-end close, with traceable journal entries and reconciliations that hold up in a review.

• Support financial statement audits and system audits from the client side: evidence, auditor coordination and follow-up on findings.

• Improve and stabilise the interfaces to Salesforce, Payhawk and Workday Adaptive, and the data handover to downstream systems.

• Make your solutions available to the wider organisation and help shape how we use AI in Finance.

Your profile

• 2-3 years in ERP consultancy or implementation with a finance process focus, or in bookkeeping, audit or tax with strong ERP exposure.

• Business-fluent English (C1).

• Hands-on ERP configuration experience in Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Solid grasp of month-end close and audits (experience on at least one side), plus basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), Polish GAAP (UoR) or IFRS.

• A technical mindset: you enjoy configuring systems and turning ideas into working solutions, and working with LLMs feels natural to you, or you are keen to get there fast.

• Strong communication skills to guide finance colleagues and stakeholders in Billing, Sales and IT through change.

Nice to have

• Oracle NetSuite experience, ideally from 2-4 implementations.

• Automations or agents you have already built. Tell us what and why in your application.

Your salary

• We offer a salary range of EUR 50.000 – EUR 85.000 gross per year.

• Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
