WHO WE LOOK FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team.
In this role, you’ll act as a key partner for Product, Data, and Business teams, leading measurement strategies and analytical initiatives to uncover insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
You’ll work cross-functionally to transform complex data into clear narratives that demonstrate the value of our products and guide smarter business choices.
If you thrive on solving complex analytical problems, enjoy turning data into impactful stories, and love collaborating across teams, this role is for you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Translate product requirements into clear data requirements, ensuring data and analytics solutions align with business objectives and product goals.
• Develop measurement strategies, frameworks, and KPIs to evaluate product and business performance.
• Design and build dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct impact analyses and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.
• Deliver compelling data stories through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Demonstrate the value of Flipp’s products and channels through performance tracking and insight storytelling.
• Coach and support analysts, fostering best practices in analytical thinking and communication.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Lead.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering) to automate and improve analytical workflows.
• Strong data acumen and the ability to grasp complex data concepts, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams on analytics infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business narratives.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions through insights.
• A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
At our company, we value diversity and actively encourage it — we believe a variety of perspectives and backgrounds makes us stronger. We focus on potential rather than on having a “perfect” CV. If this role excites you and you believe you could grow into it — even if you don’t tick every single box in the requirements — we’d love to hear from you!

TO FEEL AT HOME ️ IN SHOPFULLY YOU NEED
• Progress Over Perfection: We move forward. Always. In a fast-moving world, speed with purpose beats certainty without action. Momentum matters—not for its own sake, but because it drives results.
• Clarity Through Transparency: We bring each other along. We work in teams, not silos. Transparency gives context, and context enables action. That means we share decisions early, publish work in progress, and document outcomes so others can learn, move faster, and build better.
• Learn Loudly: We grow by doing and by daring. Big bets unlock big breakthroughs. But real innovation demands risk, and risk always carries the possibility of failure. That’s not a flaw. It’s the price of ambition.
• Challenge with Empathy: We speak up, even when it’s hard—because candor shows care, and leads to better outcomes. Listening deeply is how we grow. Disagreeing openly is how we build trust.
• Always Build Better: We are builders—of products, systems, and ideas. But more than that, we are builders of better. Better has no finish line. It’s a mindset.
