Description
Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end: setting account strategy, guiding success plans tied to business KPIs, driving growth opportunities, and proactively managing retention and risk. Your portfolio will include paid media-driven accounts as well as SEO-focused accounts. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy thinking with strong client communication, ties every decision to client ROI, and can lead cross-functional specialists (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, Analytics) toward clear priorities and outcomes.
This is a remote role open to candidates willing to work US business hours.
Responsibilities
• Own account strategy and success planning: define goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps with each client.
• Lead client relationship and communication: run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, align expectations from day one, and document next steps.
• Drive account performance management: interpret results against business metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV, organic growth), identify issues and opportunities, and coordinate actions with channel owners.
• Identify and scope account growth opportunities: expansions, tests, and new initiatives tied to performance signals and client objectives.
• Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk: flag risks early, create mitigation plans, and ensure consistent value delivery across a multi-client portfolio.
Why Join Finch
• Work globally, stay flexible: Join a fully distributed team across the US, LATAM, Europe, and APAC.
• Meaningful impact from day one: Your work directly influences client outcomes and how Finch grows.
• A culture built on curiosity, transparency, and ownership: We share context and empower people to make decisions.
• High-caliber teammates: Collaborate with specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, Analytics, and more.
• Learning as a default: We encourage experimentation, cross-training, and growth as the company scales.
• Real work-life balance: We value high performance, not overwork.
Requirements
We’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a performance marketing or digital marketing agency (required).
• Acted as the primary point of contact (POC) for multiple client accounts simultaneously (required).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, and optimization logic (required).
• Experience working with paid advertising-driven accounts across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP (required).
• Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts, with concrete examples (required).
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders (required).
• Availability to work with consistent overlap with US business hours. (required)
• Background managing SEO-driven accounts or hands-on SEO experience (advantage).
• Experience working with US or international clients (advantage).
