About Us
TestAssure's a fast-moving software company providing best-in-class automated testing solutions of workforce management rules. Our product services many of the world’s leading businesses and provides our customers highly quantifiable value, but it’s only just beginning. Our customers are enterprise teams who expect thoughtful communication, smart content, and trusted partnerships throughout the buying journey.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, strategy, and future of marketing at a fast-moving SaaS company from the ground up.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, creative Head of Marketing who understands enterprise sales cycles, can craft compelling content, and thrives working closely with sales. You're less about chasing clicks and more about building credibility, consistency, and commercial impact across the buyer journey.
Conferences are a key channel for us, so excitement around event marketing—and experience managing or optimizing it—is essential. You’ll also have a strong hand in content creation, messaging, and building our digital presence.
This role is remote, with some expected travel for conferences, trade shows, and team offsites. You would be managing one marketing resource.
What You’ll Do
•
Develop and own our marketing strategy. Define the roadmap to elevate brand awareness, drive demand, and support revenue growth.
•
Create and lead content efforts. Write and produce thought leadership content, customer stories, collateral, web content, and more that speaks to both technical and business buyers.
•
Align with Sales. Partner closely with the sales team to craft campaigns, messaging, and assets that support outbound efforts and convert enterprise leads.
•
Drive conference & event presence. Plan, coordinate, and maximize our presence at key industry events—before, during, and after.
•
Strengthen our digital presence. Own and optimize our website, social media, and outbound marketing channels.
•
Measure and optimize. Track performance using SaaS GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and lead quality.
•
Build for scale. Select and manage tools, processes, and any external vendors as needed.
Requirements
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS, enterprise software, or complex solution-selling environment and at a PE-backed company.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-touch marketing attribution.
• Proven track record creating high-quality content that supports brand and revenue goals.
• Hands-on experience with event marketing, from logistics to lead follow-up.
• Strong collaborator with Sales, comfortable supporting field needs and tailoring content to drive deals.
• Clear, confident communicator—both in writing and in presentations. Comfortable sharing opinions and input on strategic product marketing direction, but also has a “roll up your sleeves” attitude approach to the task at hand. Thrives in a lean, high-ownership environment.
• Familiar with marketing tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar.
Bonus if you have:
• Experience marketing in the workforce management or human capital technology space
• Familiarity with our target personas (e.g., HR, Ops, Finance, or Compliance leaders)
Benefits
Why Join Us
• Be the marketing leader with direct influence on company growth
• Work with a highly collaborative team that values marketing as a strategic lever
• High autonomy, low bureaucracy, and meaningful impact
• Compensation commensurate with experience and expected to be in the range of $150-180K
• Low egos, remote team, health insurance, 401(k) employee match
• Reports To: CEO
