By providing practical, engaging learning experiences, DataCamp equips learners and organizations of all sizes to harness the power of data and AI. About the role
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our growing Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. This is a high-ownership position that will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations. In this position you will work with members of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Leadership teams. This role owns the most technically demanding quote-to-contracting workstreams as well as the optimal set up of our key GTM software in the RevOps function, which is responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
The right hire is an experienced revenue operations administrator who has since built industry experience at a US SaaS or technology growth-stage startup company and has implemented AI-enabled processes and workflows — someone who combines deep technical rigor with a hands-on operating style, and who is genuinely excited about using AI tools to reimagine what a lean, high-performing RevOps team can do.
In summary, the role is a Senior Sales Ops specialist as well as a GTM Engineer.
About you
At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You're adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals
• Own post-signature deal hygiene: reconcile Salesforce and LinkSquares contract management data, update opportunity stage to Closed-Won, and route approved quotes to Zuora for billing setup
• Identify and implement process improvements and automations, also using AI, to maintain sales data quality and integrity across Salesforce and adjacent commercial systems
• Maintain recurring sales reporting and dashboards (e.g., pipeline and leadership spot reports) and field ad hoc reporting requests from AEs and sales managers with AI tools
• Partner with our commercial teams to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce, including stage, probability, booking amount, and other key fields
• Create standard templates, playbooks, and sales guidance documents that streamline the quote-to-contracting process
• Serve as the first line of defense for tackling small cleanliness/technical issues on everything deal flow related
• Manage lead and account enrichment tooling (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay) and keep enrichment workflows current with vendor changes
• Maintain LinkSquares order form templates in coordination with Legal and Finance
• Actively leverage AI tools, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork or similar, to identify and implement automation opportunities across the RevOps function; serve as a hands-on practitioner, not just a sponsor.
Qualifications
• Certified Salesforce Administrator credential
• Strong experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong quantitative/data skills. Experience building BI reports using SQL.
• AI fluency - Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. Claude) to automate RevOps workflows.
• Strong excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong English language skills.
• Operating Style - Operates independently; owns outcomes rather than tasks. Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving team where the answer isn’t always obvious.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
• Certified Salesforce Developer credential
• Experience with Lemlist and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience working with Zuora Billing CPQX integration with Salesforce
• US-based multi-national SaaS/technology growth-stage startup experience
