Participate in weekly coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development programs. What We're Looking For 2+ years of successful sales experience. Hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting and generating leads. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Active P&C License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
