The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

About the Role

We are hiring an Ambulatory AI Specialist to grow Commure's footprint with ambulatory organizations. You will own the full sales cycle for new-logo independent and specialty practices, multi-site medical groups, MSOs, and other outpatient organizations. Your work runs from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.

This is a full-portfolio role. You will lead with the product that solves a practice's most urgent problem, then expand into the rest of the Commure platform. You will not cover enterprise health systems. Your book is ambulatory.

What You'll Do

• Build pipeline. Identify, prospect, and build pipeline within assigned ambulatory accounts. Use outbound outreach, events, referral partners, and EHR ecosystem relationships.

• Run complex sales. Lead consultative discovery to uncover a practice's clinical, financial, and operational pain. Map those problems to the right mix of Commure products. Run the full sales cycle.

• Expand accounts. Look for cross-sell and multi-product opportunities in every deal, and position the Commure platform rather than a single point solution.

• Work as a team. Partner with solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful go-lives.

• Keep forecasts accurate. Maintain accurate, current opportunity data in Salesforce. That includes stage, close date, ACV, product line, and forecast category. Deliver a reliable monthly and quarterly forecast.

• Know the market. Stay current on the ambulatory market, competitors, and payer and reimbursement trends affecting outpatient practices.

• Meet and exceed quota. Hit quarterly and annual targets for new-logo bookings.

What You Have

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services into ambulatory healthcare.

• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new-logo, full-cycle role.

• Experience selling to both clinical and financial buyers, and building ROI cases that resonate with practice owners and CFOs.

• Working knowledge of ambulatory workflows, the physician revenue cycle, and documentation challenges.

• Familiarity with common ambulatory EHRs such as athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, ModMed, and Epic Community Connect.

• Ability to sell a broad portfolio: learning multiple products, qualifying across them, and leading with the right one.

• Strong discipline in Salesforce and pipeline management.

• Self starter.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling clinical workflow including, Ambient AI, Medical scribe solutions, remote patient monitoring, or RCM services

• Existing relationships with medical groups, MSOs, or PE-backed physician platforms in [territory].

• Experience selling into FQHCs or value-based care organizations.

• Familiarity with MEDDICC or a similar sales methodology.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
