Our Mission
Rebuild how the world works, to make institutions work better for the people they serve.
About Brain Co.
Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system is built for a specific industry, powered by agents that push real workflows forward. Underneath it all is Atlas, our proprietary platform that keeps customers in control, secure by design, and never locked into one model.
Why Now
Brain Co. is entering its next phase of production deployments on a national scale with an elite team built from Palantir, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, and a growing footprint across government, insurance, health, and financial services.
Joining now means shaping both the company and a new category of applied AI. Every project here ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact.
You'll work alongside exceptional peers on some of the hardest problems in applied AI. It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.
About the Role
• BizOps sits within Finance & Strategy and partners directly with our CFO, CEO, and leadership team on the company's most important strategic and operating priorities.
• The role combines strategy and execution: you will help shape decisions, then own the work of carrying them out across teams.
• This is a high-visibility role for an early- to mid-career operator who wants broad exposure to how a fast-growing AI company is built and run, with a path to larger operating responsibility.
What You’ll Do
• Run the company's operating cadence, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning and goal tracking.
• Prepare board and investor materials, including board decks, KPI reporting, and investor updates.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects for the CEO and CFO, such as entry into new markets and verticals, partnership evaluations, and organization and headcount planning.
• Build and maintain analyses of business performance across our verticals and regions, including segment economics, pipeline, and delivery efficiency, and turn them into recommendations.
• Design and run internal processes as the company scales, such as deal review and pricing approvals, delivery staffing reviews, and international operations.
• Take on problems that do not yet have an owner and see them through to completion.
Who You Are
• 3 to 7 years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and in an operating role at a venture-backed startup (BizOps, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Founder's Office, or as a founder).
• You build your own analyses and models in Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable working with incomplete data.
• You write clearly and concisely, and your memos and presentations state a recommendation and the reasoning behind it.
• You have driven cross-functional work to completion without formal authority, working with senior engineering, sales, and operations leaders.
• You handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, take full ownership of your work, and are willing to do whatever the work requires.
• Nice to have: experience at an enterprise software or AI company; exposure to government, healthcare, or insurance customers; international experience
