The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

Hello. We’re Polaroid. An iconic brand, built by passionate people

Polaroid was founded in 1937 by one of the 20th century’s most influential innovators, Edwin Land, whose philosophy was: “Don’t undertake a project unless it is manifestly important and nearly impossible.”

In 2008, Polaroid produced its last pack of instant film. But a group of passionate fans refused to let instant photography disappear. What started as The Impossible Project grew into a mission to preserve and reinvent analogue photography for a new generation. More than a decade later, that same startup acquired the Polaroid brand and continues to shape its future today.

At Polaroid, we create products and experiences that spark emotion, fuel creativity, and bring people closer together. At the intersection of art and technology, we believe in the power of analogue moments and genuine human connection in an increasingly digital world.

The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head, APAC to help accelerate Polaroid's growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Conduct regular business reviews and develop action plans to improve performance.

• Collaborate with partners to strengthen market execution and brand visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.

• Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape regional strategy.

• Support trade marketing and promotional activities aligned with business goals.

Who You Are

You likely have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in sales, commercial management, or distributor management within APAC.

• 5 years of regional sales experience, within relevant markets.

• Experience working with Japanese customers, distributors, brands, or retail partners.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.

• Experience developing commercial strategies and driving growth across multiple markets.

• The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across cultures.

Nice to Have

• Japanese language skills.

• Experience within consumer electronics, imaging, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods industries.

• Additional language skills such as Mandarin or Cantonese.

• Experience working in multinational or high-growth environments.

Your Way of Working

You are self-driven, adaptable, and thrive in environments where you can take ownership and create impact. You bring curiosity, commercial instinct, and a collaborative approach to everything you do, while contributing your unique perspectives and experiences to the team.

Our Approach to AI

At Polaroid we believe two things can be true at once: technology can help us move forward, while human creativity, craft, judgement and real-world connection matter more than ever.

Since our beginning, we've embraced technology to create meaningful human experiences. Today that means exploring new tools, including AI, with curiosity and care, using them where they help us work better and build a stronger business, while staying true to what defines our brand.
